Keywords:

Time management is a crucial skill for supporting effective learning, discipline, and the development of students’ Islamic character. However, preliminary observations at SMPIT Insan Cendikia indicate that some students still struggle to prioritize activities, manage their study schedules, complete assignments on time, and use their free time productively. This community service activity aims to improve students’ understanding and time management skills through psychoeducation based on Islamic values. The activity was conducted using an educational and participatory approach through interactive lectures, discussions, self-reflection, simulations of daily schedule planning, and simple mentoring. The target participants were 18 eighth-grade female students at SMPIT Insan Cendikia. Evaluation was conducted using observation, pre-tests, post-tests, and participant reflections. The results showed an improvement in students’ understanding of time management concepts, prioritization, study time management, as well as awareness of utilizing time productively and responsibly. In addition, participants’ active participation during the activity also increased. This program demonstrates that Islamic-values-based time management psychoeducation is effective in enhancing students’ awareness of discipline and responsibility in both their academic and spiritual lives.
