Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement
JIPENDIKA: Jurnal Inovasi Pembelajaran dan Pendidikan is a peer-reviewed journal. This statement outlines the ethical behavior of all parties involved in the publication of scientific articles in this journal, as well as the handling of alleged research misconduct, including authors, the editor-in-chief, the editorial board, reviewers, and the publisher. This statement refers to the COPE’s Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors.
Ethical Guidelines for Journal Publication
The publication of articles in JIPENDIKA: Jurnal Inovasi Pembelajaran dan Pendidikan is an essential part of developing a reliable and high-quality network of scientific knowledge. The peer-reviewed publication process reflects the quality of the author’s work and the institutions that support them. Therefore, it is important to establish standards of expected ethical behavior for all parties involved in publishing: authors, editors, reviewers, publishers, and the scientific community.

Allegations of Research Misconduct

All suspected cases of misconduct will be handled in accordance with COPE’s best practices. Articles found to contain violations will be rejected, or if already published, will be retracted with an official notice.
Publication Decisions
The editors of JIPENDIKA are responsible for deciding which articles are suitable for publication based on validity, scientific contribution, and relevance to readers. Editorial decisions may be guided by the editorial board’s policies and by legal requirements regarding defamation, copyright infringement, or plagiarism.
Complaints and Appeals
JIPENDIKA provides a mechanism for handling complaints related to the editorial process, suspected citation manipulation, conflicts of interest, or unfairness in the review process. All complaints will be managed according to COPE’s guidelines.
Fair Play

Confidentiality
Information about submitted manuscripts must be kept confidential and only disclosed to the corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, editorial advisors, and the publisher.
Disclosure and Conflicts of Interest
Unpublished materials disclosed in submitted manuscripts may not be used in an editor’s or reviewer’s personal research without the written consent of the author.
Reviewer Responsibilities

Promptness: Reviewers who feel unqualified to review or unable to provide a timely review must notify the editor immediately.
