STRUCTURE OF THE MANUSCRIPT
(Fully aligned with Template EKOBISMAK 2025)
1. Title

Concise, specific to economics, business, management, or accounting.

Maximum 14 words, informative.

Times New Roman 14, Bold, centered.

Capitalization: Only first word and proper nouns.
2. Author’s Names and Institutions
-
Written without academic titles (e.g., S.E., M.M., Dr., etc.).

Bold, TNR 11.
-
Affiliation under each name, TNR 11.
-
One corresponding author must be indicated (email required).
-
During submission, the manuscript must NOT contain author names in the main file (blind review).
3. Abstract and Keywords

Written in English.
-
Single paragraph, maximum 200 words, TNR 10.

Must include:

Background of the economic/business problem

Research purpose
-
Method (qualitative/quantitative/mixed)

Main findings

Conclusion

Keywords: 3–5 terms, alphabetically ordered.

5. INTRODUCTION (20% of total manuscript)
TNR 11, with first-line indent.
Contains:

Background and context of economic/business/management/accounting issues

Research gap

Recent theories and empirical studies (last 8–10 years recommended)

Purpose of the study

Expected contribution or novelty to the field
Avoid overly general background; highlight measurable issues with data if possible.
6. METHOD (10–15% of manuscript)

Must clearly explain:

Research approach (quantitative, qualitative, experimental, case study, SLR, etc.)

Population and sample or data sources (financial reports, surveys, interviews, etc.)

Instruments used (questionnaire scales, interview guides, secondary data sets)

Data analysis (e.g., regression, SEM-PLS, descriptive statistics, NVivo, thematic analysis)

Validity/reliability tests (if quantitative)

7. FINDINGS AND DISCUSSION (minimum 60% of manuscript)
